The Quitman Sports Hall of Fame (QSHOF) committee invites nominations for individuals who have built the athletic history of Quitman, Mississippi. To ensure a complete evaluation, please provide detailed information following the criteria outlined in Sections 1–5 below.

To validate the breadth of a nominee’s achievements, we strongly encourage the inclusion of secondary materials. Please provide verifiable documentation such as newspaper archives, professional statistics, letters of recommendation, and copies of awards to assist the committee in its comprehensive evaluation.
